In-Person Counseling
Garrity O'Crowley Counseling provides in-person counseling for adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, and communication skill difficulties. I offer support for individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with body image and eating disorders, or are dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Additionally, I provide guidance on stress reduction, abuse, and navigating grief and loss. Whether you are experiencing significant life changes or working to enhance self-esteem and manage self-harm, my counseling services are tailored to help you discover a path toward healing and personal growth.
Grow with Confidence
At Garrity O'Crowley Counseling, I prioritize and value the counselor-client relationship above all else. I believe that if we, whether as children, teenagers, or adults, feel safe, accepted, and supported in our relationships, we can communicate more effectively, explore different parts of ourselves, learn new skills, view challenges with perspective and resilience, and grow in confidence. To support this, my fees are kept lower, and I usually maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the diverse needs of my clients.
